You will get more than what you pay for, rooms are very clean. I would like to mention that is located just across from the mercado which makes it even more convenient.

Located in a calm street, close to bus stop to the beaches, nice colourful decorated rooms with AC and bathroom en suite. Kitchen facilities and small garden to rest in front. Very friendly host 🙂

We spent 7 days there and it was great. Nice family atmosphere, excellent recommendations to get around México. There is a Laundry Center just at the top of the road. Nice kitchenette.

The staff are super friendly and give you your privacy. The rooms are a good size and very clean. They offer a kitchen for you to make your own food and dine. Plus they're right next to the markets which make for a fun experience.

Great little hotel in the heart of Cancun, great location close to airport and hotel zone and public beaches. Staff was friendly , room was clean and good price for the stay definitely recommend

Great experience. Very cozy and loved the patio. You can actually walk everywhere from here. It does have a kitchenette to make all your meals. Really enjoyed the place .
